Itinerary
- Depart from Dehradun early morning and drive to Sankri, a scenic village nestled in the Himalayas.
- Arrive by evening, check into your homestay or hotel, and enjoy a warm welcome.​
- Attend a briefing session with your trek leader and prepare for the adventure ahead.
- Overnight stay in Sankri.​
Begin your trek with a gradual ascent through dense pine forests and picturesque meadows.​
Reach Juda Ka Talab, a serene high-altitude lake surrounded by towering trees.​
Set up camp and enjoy the tranquil environment.​
Overnight stay in tents by the lake.
Continue your trek towards the Kedarkantha Base Camp, traversing through lush forests and open meadows.​
Arrive at the base camp, situated at an altitude of 11,200 feet, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.​
Spend the afternoon acclimatizing and participating in fun activities like snowball fights (seasonal).​
Overnight stay in tents at the base camp.
Start early for the summit push to witness a mesmerizing sunrise from the Kedarkantha peak.​
The trail is steep but rewarding, with 360-degree views of the Himalayan ranges from the summit.​
After spending time at the summit, descend back to the base camp for lunch.​
